Job Description

 

1. Oversee all inventory activities in each of the company’s warehouses and DCs. Directs and controls warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical use of storage and distribution facilities for material goods (raw materials, finished products, tools, and packaging materials).

2. Plan, schedule, and control inventory to meet the needs of the organization by auditing product orders, lead times, disposition, and deliveries.

3. Audit receipts vs. forecasts, expiration dates, as well as the proper handling of transactions and documents.

4. Design, organize, coordinate, execute, and control the processes, procedures, plans, programs, and projects of the Company’s internal control system, in accordance with current legal regulations and internal needs.

5. Maintain files of all documents (returns, entries and exits for transfers, inventory write-offs, credit notes, etc.), and analyze differences, consecutively and duly signed by the people involved in each warehouse.

Job Requirements

Comprehensive understanding of business at the audit level.
Auditor Accountant or related career.
Experience in industrial companies.
