Job Description
• Receive and verify payment requests from other areas, ensuring they have the respective authorizations, as established in the Insurance Company’s policies.
• Issue checks or make bank transfers according to established procedures.
• Promptly notify the requesting areas of payments.
• File documents supporting cash disbursements in an orderly and timely manner.
Job Requirements
• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Not essential, but desirable in similar positions.
• Accounting knowledge.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Focused on a sense of urgency, problem-solving, and goal achievement.
• Ability to learn.
• Customer service-oriented.
