Job Description

 

You will play a key role in creating a first-class applicant and customer experience.

You will actively participate in recruitment processes, their coordination, and act as the team's centralized direct search expert.

Using direct search, you will search for potential new experts for our team to meet the needs of our various business operations, both in UAE and in our other operating countries.

A large part of your role will also include independent responsibility for recruitment assignments for our clients.

You will take customer projects forward as a project manager throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, together with our experienced consultants.

In this role, you will also participate in various internal development tasks within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously; previous background in direct recruitment or consulting will support success in the role
  • Good communication skills and understanding of the sales aspect of recruitment
  • Experience with direct recruitment, including using LinkedIn Recruiter 
  • Enthusiasm and perseverance to complete demanding expert recruitments
